One key to start, chip will be picked up automatically after heating.

2. Chip and PCB soldering pads cleaned

Chip cleaned

Manually clean chip removed and soldering pads for reballing preparing.

3. Reballing or printing solder paste

According to chips' requirement to reball or print solder paste,

for better protecting environment, we suggest you use

lead-free soldering ball or solder paste.

4. Making solder ball or solder paste solidified

You may use a small station as above (DH-T1), which is divided into 2 parts, one is for heating, one is

for cooling.

5. Optical aligning.

Mounting accuracy is up to 0.01mm, making sure a chip totally is put in its right

position on motherboard.

6. Soldering.

Soldering

Automatically solder, automatically cool and machine automatically

reset which is more convenient to be used next time.

A trip computer is generally used in EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) vehicles to control the amount of fuel injection, mixture ratio, and other functions. It consists of a microcomputer and peripheral circuits. A microcomputer integrates a microprocessor (CPU), memory, and input/output interfaces on a single chip.

The main component is the microcomputer, with the CPU as the core part. The ECU (Electronic Control Unit) converts the input signal into digital form, performs comparative processing based on stored reference data, and calculates the output value. The output signal is then amplified by power to control various adjustment servo components, such as relays and switches.

The ECU is composed of three parts: the input circuit, microcomputer, and output circuit. The input circuit accepts signals from sensors and other devices, filters and amplifies these signals, and converts them to a specific voltage level. The signals sent from the sensors to the ECU's input circuit can be either analog or digital. The analog/digital converter in the input circuit converts analog signals into digital ones, which are then transmitted to the microcomputer. The microcomputer processes these pre-processed signals and sends the processed data to the output circuit. The output circuit amplifies the power of the digital information, and in some cases, converts it back into an analog signal, which drives the controlled adjustment servo components.
