The DINGHUA DH-A5 is a high-precision bga chip replacement machine and a professional bga machine for laptop repair, integrated with a high-performance bga optical alignment system. CE-certified, it features full automation, ±0.01mm placement accuracy and ±1℃ temperature control, ideal for laptop motherboard, PCB and various BGA/SMD chip rework in electronic repair and manufacturing.
As a dedicated bga machine for laptop, it supports 0.1mm minimum chip spacing and 2×2-80×80mm chip sizes, adapting to 10×10-500×450mm PCBs via X/Y adjustable brackets. The built-in bga optical alignment system with 10x-100x magnification enables 360° blind-spot-free positioning, matching laser red dot to realize fast and precise PCB placement.
