Description

Dinghua DH-A4D is a fully automatic SMT/BGA rework machine equipped with carbon fiber heating tubes and a glass-shield cover. It features a high-precision optical CCD system and a chip feeder that can move rightward/leftward and backward/frontward. The built-in top hot air head, combined with a laser pointer, enables accurate positioning during operation.

An Optical Xbox 360 BGA Rework Station is designed for restoring BGA chip connections on Xbox 360, PS3, laptops, smartphones, and other electronic boards. It integrates optical vision (CCD camera and laser) for precise alignment, multi-zone heating using hot air and IR pre-heating, automated chip pickup, placement, and soldering, as well as a touchscreen HMI with profile storage for repeatable workflows.

When the positioning is set on the touch screen, the top head will automatically find the chip's location.

Shipping, Packaging, and After-Sales of the Optical Xbox 360 BGA Rework Station:

Machines like the DH-A4D are vibrated for at least 24 hours before delivery. We are the only manufacturer that performs vibration testing for BGA rework stations. After vibration, the machine is run continuously for at least 12 hours.

Each unit is packed in a fumigated plywood box. Regardless of the destination country, there are no restrictions on importation.

A3: We can ship the machines within 2-3 days after receiving full payment. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen:

  • 3-7 days via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. (Door-to-Door Service)
  • 3-5 days by air to your airport (Door-to-Airport Service)
  • 25-35 days by sea to the seaport (Port-to-Port Service)
