The device features both Chinese and English operating interfaces, and access to the operating interface can be protected with a password.

The system features three independent heating zones, with both the upper and lower zones offering 8-segment temperature control. Each of the three zones utilizes an independent PID algorithm to control the heating process, ensuring that all zones reach optimal soldering temperatures simultaneously. The extra-large preheating zone ensures even preheating of the PCB without deformation. It can store 9999 sets of temperature profiles, which can be recalled at any time for different BGA components. Curve analysis, setting, and modification can also be performed on the touchscreen.
