The BGA rework station hot air reballing machine is full automatic with chip feeder,
optical CCD lens(2~8 million, optional), HD monitor screen(1980P), featuring with
when chip size was set, vacuum sucker built in top head can find the center of chip,
and picked it up for soldeing/mounting, also, the laser point designed in vacuum sucker,
which can point at the center of chip for fast positioning and spring installed on workbench,
it is beneficial for heating PCB to keep in good condition.
