HD Touch Screen BGA Rework Machine
The DH-B1 BGA rework station is tool free, gas free, instantly/precisely controllable, clean, modular, upgradeable and produces 100% yield SMD rework without any complications. It provides the extremely high levels of profiling and process .
Description
1. Product Features

- Human-machine interface offers multiple operation modes and permission levels. Welding, desoldering, and mounting can be performed manually. Easy to operate.
- High-resolution touch screen, up to 800×600 pixels.
- Equipped with Delta double ball bearing flow fan for air supply-no need for an external air source.
- Adopts DCCE 6-channel module for the temperature control system with automatic PID adjustment.
- Heaters are monitored in real time. In case of an accident, the relevant sensors send signals to the PLC, which shuts down the output channel and displays the fault condition, automatically protecting the system.

What is SMD?
SMD stands for Surface Mounted Device, which refers to components used in Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
In the early stages of electronic circuit board production, all assembly was done manually. When the first automated machines were introduced, they could only place simple leaded components; more complex parts still required manual placement for wave soldering.
Surface-mounted components were introduced about 20 years ago, marking a new era in which nearly all components-from passive parts to active components and integrated circuits-have transitioned into surface-mount form (SMD). These can now be handled by automated pick-and-place machines.
Assembly:
For a long time, it was believed that all pin components would eventually be converted into SMD packages. Today, SMD technology is widely used in LED displays.
Three-in-one is a type of SMD LED display technology, in which three different colored LED chips are encapsulated in the same glue at specific intervals.
Full-color LED displays using three-in-one SMD technology have a wider viewing angle and can feature surfaces treated with diffuse reflection. This results in reduced graininess and improved uniformity. In terms of color, spectrophotometric separation in three-in-one displays is simpler, and color saturation is higher.
Since the entire surface emits light, three-in-one displays provide more uniform color and improved flatness, making them a standard for high-definition LED displays. However, due to the complex manufacturing process and challenging maintenance, the cost is relatively high, so this technology is generally reserved for high-end LED display products.
