1.HD touchscreen HMI with real-time curve analysis; displays & analyzes/rectifies set and actual temperature curves instantly.
2.High-precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control + auto temperature compensation system, paired with temperature modules for ±2℃ accuracy. External temperature measurement port enables precise curve analysis and calibration.
3.High-accuracy digital vision alignment system; PCB positioning via V-groove and linear slides allows fine/quick adjustment of X/Y/R axes, adapting to diverse PCB sizes and layouts.
4.Flexible movable universal fixture protects PCBs from edge component damage/deformation, compatible with all BGA package sizes for rework.
5.Multiple alloy nozzles included; 360° rotatable for easy installation and replacement.
6.3 independent upper & lower heating zones support multi-group, multi-stage temperature control simultaneously, ensuring optimal soldering effect. Heating temp, time, slope, cooling & vacuum are all configurable on HMI.
7.8-stage temperature control per zone, with massive curve storage for quick BGA-specific recall. Curve analysis, setting & correction are available directly on touchscreen; independent PID algorithms for each zone guarantee uniform heating and accuracy.
8.High-power cross-flow fan enables rapid PCB cooling to prevent deformation; smart automated control for mounting, soldering and removal processes.
9.USB port for easy curve data download to U disk; mouse connection supported to extend touchscreen service life.
10.Voice-controlled pre-alarm alerts operators 5–10 seconds before process completion. Cooling system activates after heating stops and shuts off automatically when temperature returns to room temp, preventing machine aging from residual heat.
11.CE-certified, equipped with emergency stop button and automatic power-off protection for accidents.
