Utilizing Multi-Zone Heating technology, the DH-A2E achieves equitable heat distribution throughout the printed circuit board (PCBA) and Ball Grid Array (BGA) components via distinct zones of the machine's heating element such as independent top/bottom/preheat zones. This allows for close to uniform temperature distribution so that all BGA's can be soldered according to their own specifications and thus eliminates the opportunities for thermal damage to sensitive electronic components during soldering/desoldering processes.
