X-ray Counting Machine

X-Ray Counting Machine uses X-ray imaging to non-destructively count and inspect electronic components-such as SMD chips, resistors, and ICs-often while still packed on reels or trays. It irradiates the components, captures images via flat-panel detectors, and applies AI-driven image analysis to deliver accurate counts and quality feedback. The process is fully automated and does not require opening the packaging.

Mainly used for rapid counting of coil materials in the SMT industry, it supports full-item counting of 7–17 inch tape reels, JEDEC trays, and IC MSDs (moisture-sensitive devices). It is compatible with all resistance and capacitance materials and can interface with customer MES systems for inventory data integration.
