X-ray Component Counting
X-ray component counting machine (SMT x-ray counter) provides high precision coutning of reels, SMD trays, IC trays, tape sticks and other components. It is a non-destructive, high-speed device designed for accurate counting of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, and diodes.
Description
Products Description
Precision, efficiency, and materials management are the fundamentals of electronics manufacturing today. With the increase in production line stability and speed, and the rise in production component variety, traditional manual counting techniques will no longer support the accuracy and productivity required by modern electronics manufacturing. The introduction of the X-ray Component Counting Machine(SMT x-ray counter) has provided SMT factories, EMS manufacturers and electronics assembly lines with a sophisticated solution for counting components that meets these demands.
The x-ray component counting machine is an X-ray NDT system (non-destructive testing system)to reliably count all types of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits (ICs), and diodes. The x-ray component counter counts electronic components directly inside the container (e.g., reels, tubes, JEDEC Trays, or bulk packaging) without requiring any physical handling of the packaging or removing it from the container. The x-ray imaging technology and intelligent recognition software enable the machine to detect and analyze the type of component contained within the container without opening the container or touching it.
The X-ray NDT system emits low-dose X-rays through the sealed package and captures high-resolution images via a digital flat-panel detector. Advanced software algorithms then identify, classify, and count the components based on shape, spacing, and arrangement patterns. The counting process takes only a few seconds, ensuring fast throughput and stable performance.

Products Features And advantages
Utilizing X-ray Component Counting, manufacturers can greatly reduce labor costs while also removing the potential issues associated with delays caused by lack of materials. Additionally, manufacturers will experience accurate tracking of parts and materials in their inventory, thereby improving overall operational efficiency and reducing overall waste through using resources more effectively. In summary, using X-ray Component Counting technology enables customers to move toward implementing a more intelligent form of manufacturing based on Industry 4.0 principles.
High Accuracy
The X-ray component counters provide 99.9% accuracy and eliminate human errors, creating dependable component inventory records, even for small components (like 01005 and 0201 SMD).
Fast Counting
Counted at 5-12 seconds/reel (approximately), X-ray component counters can drastically enhance warehouse production & quality control efficiencies.
Non-Destructive Testing
No need to break seals, unpack, or expose components to moisture. The process is 100% non-destructive, reducing risk and preserving the integrity of materials.
Wide application
Supports reels of various sizes, trays, tubes, and loose components. It is a perfect tool for SMT production lines, warehouse inventory, incoming inspection, and material verification.
Intelligent Data Management
Equipped with label printing and real-time data export. The system features of the device help to keep track of the materials used and produced in an automated production environment.
User friendly Operation
Touchscreen interface, automatic parameter recognition, and simple workflow design make the device easy to operate-even for inexperienced personnel.
