Firstly, placing the material in a position where it can be exposed to X-rays in the machine. When X-rays pass through the material
(meaning those chips, smd components), the density and thickness of the material will affect the absorption of X-rays, and this
difference is converted into an electrical signal. These electrical signals are then converted into digital signals and transmitted to a computer system for processing.
The computer system calculates the quantity of materials based on these signals, if the machine is online, it will controls the material conveying device and packaging device to transport the materials to the designated location and package them; if the machine is offline,
it will just automatically print labels, you need to take reels/trays from SMD reel couter machine's drawer for sticking labels.
Then, these materials can be recognized by scaning its barcodes,QR or directly reading its number on labels, which make management, production or inventory much more convenient and simple.

Products principle
