Description
Automatic BGA rework machine for asic hash board rapair
DH-G620 is the right compromise between the various rework machines, because it has
optical CCD alignment system and automatic function for the reworking and repair of
electronic boards.
With touchscreen on the operator front and an accessible operating area, which is
convenient for hash board repair, ECU rework and laptop computer maintenance
and so on.
The touchscreen includes all the commands used to control the reworking process
of the SMD components and chip-level on the electronic boards.
Equipped with HD LCD and millions pixles optical CCD, which can you put chip/component
at its right postion, accuracy +/-0.01mm.
Adjustable hot-air-flow speed (top nozzle only), illumination intensity of the prism
(top side and bottom side), and button for switching on the LED light , button for
switching on the laser source, the emergency button , a USB port and a terminal for
connecting the external thermocouple, all in all, in order to make sure, eventhough
you are a bignner, it is easy to operate.

Using the procedures for the BGA machine
The technology used by the machine includes two heating systems with forced hot-air
(top nozzle and bottom nozzle) and a series of IR prheating area with ceramic (bottom only).
1. Desoldering for a chip-level or components

Removing or desoldering a chip, choose a proper temperature profile or just set up
a new profile used, fixing motherboard at working platform, for big PCB using a
beam supporting.
2. Temperature profile set up

Simple operation interface for temperatures, rate and time setting up, automatic
curves generated, real-time temperatures can be read, external temperatuure can
be shown on the screen as well. Automatic compensation in accordance with profile
set up.
3. The chip automatically picked up

Chip is picked up, cleaning chip and motherboard, waiting for reballing or
pinting flux paste. Sure, if you have new chips, just use it.
4. Optical CCD aliging system fro mounting

With split-vision which can make difference colours for chip and motherboard,
visible aliging avoids misaligning, accuracy up to 0.01mm.
5. Chip soldering

To choose a temperatures profile that you need , clikc "Start" to heat up, and cross-flow
fan will start automatially after soldering finishing, to prevent and chip better from
more heating energy.
In addition, here are some related knowledge:
The BGA machine for fixing the pcb adopts two modes: two opposed aluminum guides milled laterally
whose distance varies according to the pcb dimensions (manual adjustment), or a series of flexible
universal jigs supports with reference pins (suitable for fixing pcbs of irregular shapes).
The software is very intuitive and can be accessed from two main menus, the "Chinese" menu and the
"English" menu, operator can program as more groups for temperature profiles as he wants, so that he
can calls for using again any time.
For each group, it is possible to program up to eight temperature-steps on the top side and eight on
the bottom side, for each of which it is possible to compensate not more than every 30ms and in addition
it is possible to program the temperature of the IR ceramics which are used to preheat the rest of the pcb
( they are divided into 3 separate areas, the two outermost can be enabled / disabled independently).
The DH-G620 don't need to pre-set for Desoldering, positioning and Soldering, no matter whether you will
repair hash board,ECU or computer etc.
The Y axis, the top head with nozzle is motorized, with the use of the Joystick, it moves in both directions,
a proximity sensor stops the movement of the nozzle in the presence of an obstacle.
The optical prism is used to align the feet of the component with the pads of the pcb, the operator,
through the color video, sees both the feets of the components and the pads of the pcb, using the
micrometers to align them before positioning the component on the pcb.
Using an external thermocouple it is possible to monitor the real temperature read on the pcb in the
area considered critical, the thermal curve is shown on the color LCD display together with the top and
bottom hot air temperatures and the IR plates.
All thermal profiles can be stored by making a copy of the graphic image shown on the touch screen
display, saving them on a USB key in .bmp graphic format.
DH-G620 is an excellent piece of equipment that cannot be missing in repairing shop that wants to
be prepared to face any urgency in a safe and quick way.
