DH-A5 is a fully automatic optical alignment BGA rework station developed for high-precision PCB repair, advanced SMT rework, and large motherboard applications. Equipped with a 6-million-pixel HD CCD optical alignment system, ±0.01 mm placement accuracy, and ±1°C closed-loop temperature control, the DH-A5 delivers stable and repeatable rework performance for BGA, QFN, QFP, POP, PLCC, and other SMT packages.

 

The machine adopts a three-zone independent heating system with 6200W total power, including 1200W top heater, 1200W bottom heater, and a 3600W infrared preheating zone with a large 670 × 475 mm heating area, ensuring uniform thermal distribution and minimizing PCB deformation during rework. It is an professional hot air repair tool and perfectly fit for all kinds of PCB repair.
