LED welding some experience and precautions

Tools and raw materials: led electric iron with an electrostatic ring, wearing electrostatic clothes, static shoes ultrasonic 

machine or alcohol instead. The welding temperature is around 260, the time is controlled within 3S, the welding point is 

above 3.5MM from the bottom of the gel, and the soldering iron must be grounded. When welding, it is best to weld the 

negative electrode of the light-emitting tube first, and then solder the positive electrode of the light-emitting tube.

Please wear led welding. In the case of power-on, avoid high-temperature operation above 80. If there is high-temperature

 the operation, heat must be done.anti-static:

(1) All operators involved in blue, green, white and purple LEDs must take anti-static measures, such as: with the electrostatic 

ring, static clothing, and static shoes.

(2) When a wire electrostatic ring is used, the electrostatic ring must be grounded, and the potential difference between the 

ground wire and the ground wire should not exceed 5V or the impedance should not exceed 25 ohms.

(3) A ground wire must be installed on both the work machine and the work table.

When using LEDs, the current should not exceed 20MA, preferably 15-18MA.

When installing the LED, it is recommended to use the guide sleeve to position it. Do not install it with the lead deformed.

Before the soldering temperature returns to normal, the LED should be protected from any vibration or external force.

9.If you need to clean the LED, it is recommended to use ultrasonic clear led. If there is no ultrasonic cleaning machine, you

 can use alcohol instead, but the cleaning time should not exceed one minute.

Note: Do not use organic solvents (such as acetone, and Tianna water) to clean or wipe the LED colloid.

The illuminating is abnormal or the inside of the colloid is broken, resulting in damage to the inner gold wire of the led and the wafer.

10.When the led is bent or folded, please do not get too close to the gel. Keep the distance between the glue and the gel for more 

than 3MM. Otherwise, the bracket inside the led colloid should be separated from the gold wire. The number of folds of the pin at

 the same place cannot exceed three. Bend to 90 and return to the original position once.
