2. The purpose of LED TV panel repair
This is backlights of television, the fluorescent lamps have a diameter 2mm

there is a special jig for the strips conveyed as below:
The fixture in the red circle consists of two parts
The special fixture is automatic running with that optical CCD camera, the right part for LED placed,
there can be put one real of led chips there one time, and the machines top head can automatically pick
up a LED chip there for aligning.
3. For other chip BGA, POP and QFN .etc, repairing

Q: Does the LED have a direction when putting on an LED module?
A: Yes, just make your LED strip fixed on that special fixture, its direction is always right.
Q: Do I need to use flux paste when soldering?
A: According to the real experience, we suggest you brush a little on pads of LED mainboard.
3. Q: When desoldering the bad LED chips from the mainboard, if those LED chips around that bad one
will be heating up?
A: There would be customized an upper nozzle with a small size, such as, 10*10mm for you using,
which will make those LED lights be able to be protected from heating over.
