The details of LED BGA rework station

The small LED chip's dots are imaged on the display screen of the LED rework machine. There are four pads, and the image is
zoomed in 20 times, with the maximum zoom being 220 times.

The special fixture runs automatically with the optical CCD camera. A reel of LED chips can be placed on it at once, and the
machine's top head can automatically pick up a LED chip for alignment.

A comparison between a coin and an LED chip (0201) is zoomed in 100 times. Our machine is continually being upgraded, and it will soon be able to repair even smaller chips than the 0201 in the near future.

The optical CCD camera operates automatically when alignment is needed for a LED chip. During soldering, it can automatically return
to the original position.

The touchscreen, MCGS brand, is the brain of the entire machine. It handles the input, setting, and output of temperature and time to
the relevant parts. It can also save up to 50,000 temperature profiles for reuse.

Repair Process for Some LEDs:
1.Feida Feeding System: Pneumatic control is used for the automatic feeding of LED beads, and a receiving tray is positioned next to it.
2.Stepping Motion Control System: Stable, reliable, safe, and efficient. The system adopts a high-precision digital video alignment system. PCB positioning uses a V-shaped groove, and a linear sliding seat allows fine adjustment or quick positioning along the X, Y, and Z axes. This is convenient, accurate, and can accommodate various PCB layouts and sizes.
3.Removable Universal Fixture: This flexible fixture protects the PCB, preventing damage to the PCB edge devices and PCB deformation. It is adaptable to the repair of various types of LED chips.
4.Alloy Air Nozzles: A variety of alloy air nozzles are available, and they can be rotated and positioned 360 degrees, making them easy to install and replace.
5.Independent Temperature Zones: The machine has three independently heated temperature zones, which can simultaneously carry out multiple sets of multi-stage temperature control. This ensures optimal soldering effects in different temperature zones. Heating temperature, time, slope, cooling, and vacuum can all be set on the user interface.
6.Temperature Control Sections: The upper and lower temperature zones allow for 8 temperature control stages, with mass storage for temperature profiles. These profiles can be called up for different LED beads at any time. Curve analysis, setting, and correction can also be performed on the touchscreen. The three heating zones are independent, and the PID algorithm controls the heating process, providing more even and accurate temperature rises.
7.Cross-Flow Fan for Cooling: A high-power cross-flow fan quickly cools the PCB to prevent deformation. The process of mounting, soldering, and desoldering is controlled automatically for optimal results.
