Features:

1. Embedded industrial PC, digital system settings, three independent heating zones, Panasonic CCD camera system, HD touch screen conversational interface, PLC control, multi-functional integrated control, ergonomic design, folding optical lens, with options to store and select temperature profiles.
2. High-precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control and PID automatic temperature compensation system, with a PLC and temperature module, and an intelligent control unit that ensures a precise temperature deviation of ±1℃. Additionally, an external temperature measurement connector enables real-time temperature detection and accurate analysis of the temperature curve.
3. Equipped with a stepper motor driver for stability, reliability, safety, and efficiency; includes a high-definition visual optical alignment system. PCB board intelligent positioning allows adjustment in X, Y, and Z directions with "5-point support," a V-groove PCB bracket, and universal fixtures.
4. Two operation modes: Auto/manual. In auto mode, the system automatically feeds, picks and places GPU chips/ICs, positions, solders, and desolders. Manual mode includes manual up/down head control with joysticks and manual control of camera movement. Both modes use optical alignment and laser positioning. Additionally, the built-in vacuum allows for easy BGA chip pickup.
5. Multi-functional features include "fast positioning," "temperature holding," "pressure sensor," "instant temperature analysis," "voice warning before heating completes," "HD visual optical alignment," and "high-precision temperature control," ensuring a high repair rate and stability.
6. Laser positioning helps to quickly place the PCB at the center, with "5-point support positioning" for greater convenience and accuracy.
