1.This bga rework equipment embedded industrial control computer with a high-definition touchscreen HMI. Heating temperature, time, slope, cooling and vacuum levels are all set on the HMI, which displays the set and real-time temperature curves simultaneously. It also features instant curve analysis to conduct real-time curve analysis and correction.
2.Three independent heating zones (upper & lower). Both upper and lower zones support 8-segment temperature control, and each zone adopts an independent PID algorithm for heating control, ensuring that different zones synchronously achieve optimal soldering results. The oversized preheating zone enables uniform PCB preheating without deformation.
3.Stores up to 9999 sets of temperature curves for quick retrieval based on different BGA components. Curve analysis, setting and correction are all operable on the touchscreen. Both Chinese and English interfaces are available for barrier-free operation by domestic and overseas customers.
4.High-precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control and automatic temperature compensation system realize accurate temperature control with a temperature deviation of ±2℃. An external temperature measurement interface enables precise temperature detection, as well as accurate analysis and calibration of real-time temperature curves.
5.PCB positioning adopts V-shaped grooves, paired with laser red dot positioning to guide quick PCB alignment. The flexible and movable universal fixture protects PCBs from edge component damage and deformation, and accommodates positioning for PCBs of various sizes.
6.Dual password protection prevents arbitrary modification or accidental deletion of programs and parameters, delivering superior safety protection.
