Optical CCD camera and chip feeder
Imported optical CCD camera with two colors splits function, one color is chips dots, one is dots of PCB ,
both of them showing on display screen.
Chip feeder, it can automatically carry chip for picking up or replacing, chip size can be up 80*80mm, and
loading less than 5 kg.

Top air flow adjust, it can be manual or automatic, especially for micro chip repairing very useful.
Top/lower light adjust, used for optical CCD lights that displaying on monitor screen.
Emergency button, it can be pressed down any time if needed, then machine will stop immediately.
Laser positioning, which can help PCB or chip find the right position on workbench.

Multiple thermocouple can better test and verify different heating area, so that better calibrate temperature
in case of any temperature lower or higher.

Infrared preheating area, consists of 6 pieces of fiber heating tubes and covered by galss-shield that can prevent
any small components even though dust from dropping into, and this bright light is easy to be absorbed by light
PCB, when small PCB repairing, 4 of them can be switched off.

Some Tips About Repairing
What is the size of the circuit board you often repair?
Determine the size of the working surface of the BGA rework table you purchase. Generally, the size of ordinary notebooks and computer motherboards is less than 420x400mm. This is a basic guideline when selecting a model.
The size of the chip that is often soldered
It is important to know both the maximum and minimum chip sizes. Typically, the supplier will provide four nozzles. The size of the largest and smallest chips will determine the size of the nozzle you need to select.
The size of the power supply
Generally, the main power cables in individual repair shops are 2.5mm². When choosing a BGA rework station, the power rating should not exceed 4500W. If it does, it may cause difficulties in introducing the power cable.

Does it have 3 temperature zones?
The three temperature zones should include the upper heating head, lower heating head, and infrared preheating zone. These three zones are the standard configuration. Currently, some products on the market have only two temperature zones, consisting of the upper heating head and the infrared preheating zone. The welding success rate for these models is very low, so be sure to check this when purchasing.
Can the lower heating head move up and down?
The lower heating head must be able to move up and down. This is one of the essential features of a BGA rework station. When working with relatively large circuit boards, the lower heating head's nozzle is designed to provide auxiliary support through structural design. If it cannot move up and down, it will not fulfill this role, and the welding success rate will be greatly reduced.
Does it have intelligent curve setting functionality?
Temperature profile setting is one of the most important aspects when using a BGA rework station. If the temperature curve is not set correctly, the welding success rate will be very low, and welding or disassembly may not be possible. There are now products on the market, such as Goldpac Technology's GM5360, that offer convenient temperature curve settings.
Does it have a rework soldering function?
If the temperature curve setting is inaccurate, using this function can significantly improve the welding success rate. The welding temperature can be adjusted during the heating process.
Does it have a cooling function?
Generally, cross-flow fans are used for cooling.
Is there a built-in vacuum pump?
A built-in vacuum pump is convenient for absorbing the BGA chip when disassembling it.
