How to fix a phone?

3. Identifying the problem: If your phone is broken, it is important to find the correct solution. For example, if the issue is with the mobile phone system, you should contact support for your specific phone brand and model. A technician can help answer your questions. It's likely that many people online are facing the same issues, and through discussion, the problem can be resolved.

How to Repair Your Phone?

1. Repair welding method: Before performing repair welding, diagnose the faulty unit by analyzing the circuit's working principle. Then, perform "large area" repair welding on the faulty unit, which involves re-soldering the relevant and suspect solder joints.
2. Voltage measurement method: After powering on the mobile phone, measure several key points of the circuit. By comparing the measured voltage with the reference value, you can quickly identify the fault range and the faulty component.
3. Current observation method: The technician can determine the approximate location of the fault by observing the current in the mobile phone during standby and operation.
4. Resistance measurement method: This method involves measuring the resistance of components using a multimeter to determine whether the components are functioning properly.
5. Replacement method: The replacement method involves swapping faulty components with functional ones. When using this method, ensure that the replacement components are normal and of the same type.
6. Cleaning method: Due to the mobility of mobile phones, dust and moisture can easily enter, so cleaning the circuit board is an important step in mobile phone maintenance. When cleaning, the display screen, receiver, microphone, ringer, and vibrator should generally be removed from the circuit board. The circuit board is then cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner with absolute alcohol.
7. Bridging method: This method is often used for mobile phones that have been severely corroded, causing circuit interruptions. Repair is done using a thin, high-strength enameled wire to bridge the connection.
8. Touch method: This method is used for repairing the power supply circuit, temperature-sensitive circuits in the power amplifier, and electronic switches. When these circuits have issues, their surface temperatures will become abnormal. By touching the components of these circuits, you can judge whether they are faulty.
