◆ Precise Optical Alignment System

① Color optical system with split-vision, dual-color separation, zoom in/out, and micro-adjustment functions. Equipped with an aberration detection device, autofocus, and software control.
② CCD camera with up to 200x magnification, top/bottom light brightness adjustment, and mounting accuracy within 0.01 mm.

◆ Three Independently Controlled Heaters

① Top and bottom heaters use hot-air heating, while the third zone uses infrared preheating. The top and bottom heaters support 8-segment temperature ramp/constant time/ramp slope settings and can store tens of thousands of temperature profiles.
② Capable of heating both the PCB and BGA chip simultaneously. The third infrared heater preheats the PCB from the bottom to prevent deformation during repair. All three heaters can be used independently.
③ Uses K-type thermocouple closed-loop control and PID automatic temperature compensation, with PLC and temperature module ensuring temperature deviation within ±2°C.
④ External sensor allows precise temperature measurement and real-time analysis and calibration of the temperature curve.

◆ Multi-functional Ergonomic System

① Bottom heater is adjustable vertically.
② Equipped with various magnetic top and bottom nozzles, featuring 360° rotation for easy installation and replacement. Custom sizes are available.
③ Multi-functional PCB support shelf moves along the X-axis, with a universal fixture and V-groove bracket suitable for all kinds of PCB positioning.
④ Powerful cross-flow fan rapidly cools the PCB after desoldering or soldering, helping to prevent heater aging. The fan shuts off automatically when the heater temperature returns to normal.

◆ Superior Safety Functions

Certified by CE. Equipped with an emergency stop button. Voice warning sounds approximately 5 seconds before the soldering/desoldering process is completed. Includes automatic power-off protection during abnormal events, with double overheat protection controls.
