ECU rework station

This automatic BGA rework system has the following features:

Precision positioning system:

Adopting high-definition CCD and laser positioning technology, achieving chip positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm,
ensuring accurate component placement when repairing the ECU circuit board.

Automatically receiving or feeding chips:

Chip-feeder linking with optical CCD automatically feed a chip for picking up to make it aligned before mounting;

a chip will be received after desoldering until it is cool, technician can pick it up for reballing. 

PID self-diagnosis for precise temperature control:
Through PID temperature control system, control the PCB temperature of different areas within ±2℃ ,
avoid the component damage problem caused by the temperature unevenness of the traditional repair station,

there are two switches for IR preheating area, you can turn on one or two when you repair different dimension's

motherboards. In order to make PCBa protected, especially suitable for the maintenance of precision electronic

equipment such as ECU.

Equipped with voice control advance alarm system, automatic alert operator 5-10 seconds before disolder/soldering

is completed, reduce error operation risk.
